Users must use VerSpecify lawfully, securely, and only for authorized business purposes.
Prohibited conduct
- Upload or process content without sufficient rights, permission, or lawful authority.
- Upload malware, credentials, payment-card data, protected health information, highly sensitive personal information, classified information, export-controlled technical data, or government-controlled project information unless VerSpecify has expressly agreed in writing to support it.
- Use outputs as the sole basis for life-safety, structural, fire-protection, code, professional, procurement, fabrication, installation, payment, or contractual decisions.
- Represent automated output as a stamped design, professional certification, formal approval, manufacturer authorization, or code-official determination.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access, defeat tenant isolation, probe vulnerabilities without written authorization, bypass usage limits, or interfere with the Service.
- Reverse engineer, scrape, copy, resell, or benchmark the Service except as permitted by law or written agreement.
- Use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, infringing, harassing, or discriminatory activity.
- Use automated means to impose unreasonable load or evade security or billing controls.
Enforcement
VerSpecify may investigate suspected violations and restrict, suspend, or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect customers, the Service, or others. Where appropriate, VerSpecify will provide notice and an opportunity to cure. Illegal activity may be reported as required by law.
